They did a great job working with the fact that I didn’t know exactly where my fiancé was going to be at time of delivery. They were able to call me right before the delivery driver was leaving so I could find out where she was. They dropped it off to her seamlessly at the new address I gave them and the handwritten note was so good that my fiancé that that I hand wrote it myself. To top it all off the arrangement was beautiful and she was VERY happy. Definitely going to be a returning customer.
